InVideo AI
Agentic video editor that pairs AI generation models with a multitrack timeline

About
InVideo AI (invideo.io) describes itself as "the agentic video editor for serious creatives". You upload footage or start from a script or idea. Its editing agent logs every clip, cuts pauses and applies one direction to every shot on a multitrack timeline you can take over at any frame. It carries generative video and image models such as Seedance, Kling, Veo and Nano Banana Pro, plus storyboarding, an AI script co-writer, custom agents and real-time multiplayer editing. Its own pages market it for filmmaking, advertising, microdrama and vertical social cuts. An independent review describes its prompt-to-video mode as producing a script, stock clips, AI voiceover and subtitles from a text prompt, built for speed rather than precision.
Ideal for
Marketers, filmmakers and social teams who want AI-generated clips, short films, ads and vertical social cuts, and who are willing to direct agents and finish the edit on a timeline themselves.
What it does well
Full multitrack timeline with colour, audio and 3D tools on every plan, including Starter
Editing agent watches and logs every uploaded clip, so you can find a moment by describing it
One plain-language direction is applied to every shot on the timeline, such as cutting pauses or matching the look
Real-time multiplayer editing with live cursors (up to 5, 10 or 20 seats by plan)
Storyboarding turns a script or idea into a shot-by-shot plan before generating
Carries several generative models in one place (Seedance, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana Pro and others)
None on Mini and Pro: all 8 from one brief
You finish editing, music and sound

A finished video, not a draft to finish
One prompt becomes a finished 6 to 60 minute YouTube video: research, script, voiceover, footage, editing, music, captions and thumbnail. InVideo's agent hands back an edit you finish on its timeline.
Priced per finished minute
Pro + Medium runs $1.46 to $2.18 a minute of finished video with licensed Storyblocks B-roll. InVideo's pricing page gives no credits per minute for agent-made videos, so its minute can't be priced.
Persona I for host-led generated video
Persona I turns your script and an avatar into a finished video of up to 40 minutes, with footage generated for every line, at $0.41 to $0.61 a minute. Seedance 2.5 1080p on InVideo uses about 96 credits per 5-second clip.
Charged only when a video completes
Failed generations, blocked prompts and rejected uploads cost nothing on VidRush. InVideo's own FAQ says every generation is charged, discarded ones included, at about 3 generations per usable shot.
A quote before any credit is spent
The Quote Statement shows format, length, model, voice and estimated credits for your approval. InVideo's Always Ask mode approves each prompt, but its FAQ says the interface has no real-time credit counter.
Real licensed footage
Deep Video Pro uses Storyblocks B-roll licensed in perpetuity, with your channel whitelisted. InVideo caps premium stock at 100, 200 or 500 clips by plan and does not name its provider.
Brand Profiles that keep each channel consistent
Save 5 to 50 Brand Profiles by plan, each with its own voice, theme and compliance rules, and let VidRush learn a channel's editing and script style. One review says InVideo branding takes manual effort.
Credits that roll over
Unused credits roll over up to half the monthly allotment, and you can pause a plan for up to 3 months. InVideo credits do not carry into the next month.
Pros
One brief returns a finished long-form video, with research, script, voiceover, footage, editing, music, captions and thumbnail in a single charge.
Pro + Medium costs $1.46 to $2.18 per finished minute with Storyblocks B-roll; Persona I costs $0.41 to $0.61 a minute for an avatar-led video.
The first render is included in the video charge, and a re-render costs about 10% of the original credits.
Six ways to start: a prompt, your own script, voiceover or talking-head footage, an AI avatar, or a Persona I host.
A timeline editor and the Rush Agent (beta) handle the last fixes, so a weak clip costs a swap, not a new generation.
Cons
Built for long-form widescreen YouTube, so Shorts, vertical clips, short ads and AI short films need another tool.
Built around narration over footage, so software tutorials, gaming, reactions and 3D animation fall outside what it makes.
USE CASES
Faceless, talking-head or with an AI presenter: give VidRush a brief, a script or a recording and get the finished long-form video back.
Faceless documentary and explainer channels
Give VidRush a topic prompt and get back a researched, narrated documentary or explainer cut from real footage, with music, captions and a thumbnail.
See how it works
Talking-head videos
Upload a recording of yourself talking to camera. VidRush cuts dead air and filler, layers B-roll and captions, and returns a finished edited video.
See how it works
AI presenter videos without filming
Pick a VidRush presenter or build one from a single photo of yourself, and get a full edit with the avatar on screen and B-roll carrying the story.
See how it works
Avatar-hosted videos with generated footage
Give Persona I your script and an avatar, and get a video where the host appears from different angles and every line has its own generated visual.
See how it works
Your own script
Paste a finished script and VidRush skips the writing, then narrates it, matches footage and assembles the video around your words.
See how it works
Your own voiceover
Upload 6 to 60 minutes of narration and VidRush builds subtitles, pacing and B-roll around your recording.

It helped me monetize a channel in 1 month.
“So far, the vidrush videos went viral much faster and more often than the ones my editors did. AND, I created those videos in 1-2 hours, with minimal input on my end. Maybe I changed 1 or 2 scenes. The videos turn out very good.”

From zero to 3 monetized channels in 5 months
“In that short time I managed to monetize three YouTube channels. That's something I never would have pulled off so fast with a traditional setup. What used to take my team roughly four days to coordinate, scripting, editing, voiceover, finding the right footage, I can now get done in under 30 minutes.”

“My editors have been in panic mode since I started using vidrush. It makes great videos in a few hours and also create thumbnail for it. The editing is better than 70% of my editors.”

Vidrush is for you if you want good quality videos fast
“Vidrush is great because it cuts video production time down by a lot. With a few prompts or even your own custom script, you can get a video done in around a couple hours, versus possibly days with a normal video editor.”

World-Class Tool, World-Class Support
“VidRush has become the backbone of my entire production workflow. The voice quality, imagery, and video output are genuinely impressive, everything comes out looking and sounding professional without the hours of manual editing other tools require.”

Saves a Huge Amount of Time and Delivers Real Quality
“I especially want to highlight the custom script feature, which lets you personalize content nicely, as well as the rendering quality, which is consistently solid.”

Can't build a YouTube Channel with Invideo.
“I like the software, the results were good but the Invideo business model doesn't make sense for anyone wanting to build a YouTube Channel. If you want to add 3-5 videos per week, this is not the tool to use. The cost is too high and the credits too low.”

Questionable product and customer service
“Secondly their customer service is mostly an AI agent loop so if you need a refund be prepared to get creative to get your case looked into by a human.”

Pricey and Underwhelming
“Upgrades can be confusing, and the AI occasionally makes mistakes with spelling, which it appears to struggle with identifying. To make corrections, additional credits are required. Support seems to come from their bot, which isn't particularly helpful.”

Good Online Platform
“This is a good online platform to create a video. Not much clutter and simple user friendly interface. The interface does take some time to get familiar with and team members are always there to assist you with your every query.”
